Experience with sales software is an advantage
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as teamwork abilities
Precision and strong administrative skills – good organization in working with files and reports
High level of written and spoken Bulgarian
Basic command of English
Work with e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with products and brands
Inventory control and stock management
Daily communication with the "Purchasing", "Finance", "Accounting", and "Logistics" departments
Processing of incoming offers received by email
Processing orders placed by the Purchasing department and monitoring their execution
Updating the customer database
Resolving problematic situations
