Job requirements
- Technical knowledge related to the job – experience as a metalworker, turner, electronics technician, or machine operator is a major advantage.
- Willingness to work in a team.
- European passport or work permit for Germany.

Responsibilities
- Loading and servicing machines in microbattery production.
- Operating and setting up complex winding machines.
- Full monitoring of the production process.
- Detecting and fixing malfunctions.
- Regular visual and quality checks.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Replacing worn-out parts.
- Adhering to production standards.
- Reporting issues to the supervisor.
- Working in cleanrooms with strict hygiene requirements.

Gross hourly wage: €14.21.

German employment contract with a good benefits package.

Net travel allowances per week (for commuting between work and accommodation):
€97.00 for the first four weeks.
€139.00 after the fifth week. -
Net daily allowance (for accommodation): €20.00 per working day.

Accommodation: around €500-600 monthly rent, assistance can be provided to help find affordable housing if desired.

Total net monthly salary for 168 hours (22 working days), tax category 1:
€2,500.00 per month during the first four weeks.
€2,700.00 per month after the fifth week. -
Bonuses: Bonuses are paid on the 15th of the following month.
€25 bonus after three months of work.
€200 for referring a new employee (after four weeks of work).
